My approach
My voice has always been my instrument. Not only for speaking or singing — but for connection.
Over more than three decades on stage, in front of audiences and cameras, I have experienced what truly makes communication effective. It is not only the words themselves. It is presence. It is voice. And it is the conscious composition of what is being expressed.
From this experience, Speak Like Music™ was born — a way of communicating that resonates like music.

In my life, I've seen many speakers on stage. And only a few truly convince, inspire, and captivate.
I've often found monotonous delivery and overloaded presentation slides disappointing. The words were there—but the impact was lacking.
I asked myself: Why aren't these speeches powerful, entertaining, and memorable like music? Because a good song needs no explanation. It touches you. It carries you. And it stays with you.
My mission, Speak Like Music, was born from precisely this question.

Who I work with & how I work
I prefer working with people who are passionate about their subject — experts, leaders, and sales teams who have something to say and sense that their impact can become even deeper, clearer, and more vibrant.
Depending on individual needs, our collaboration takes place in one-on-one sessions or in group settings.
The focus is always on personal development: greater self-confidence, authenticity, aliveness and presence and the ability to make a lasting impact.
The stage experience you benefit from
My work is grounded in more than three decades of stage experience — as a professional singer, speaker, and event host. I have spoken, hosted, and performed on a wide variety of stages.
A formative part of my journey was Toastmasters International, the world’s largest organisation for public speaking and leadership. There, I held several leadership roles and was recognised as Austria’s best speaker and runner-up at the European level.
These experiences — along with collaborations with international brands such as T-Mobile, Siemens, Microsoft, Lufthansa, and the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) — continue to shape my work today.
They come together in what I share: a form of communication that convinces, connects, and leaves a lasting impact.

On change, presence, and virtual space
My work has always been shaped by change. When all live performances suddenly disappeared in 2020, I, too, was faced with the question of what comes next.
A decisive turning point came with the first digital speech competition organised by Toastmasters International in March 2020. With my speech “3 Ways to Master Any Crisis and Even Step Up as a Winner”, I became the Austrian champion and runner-up at the European level.
This experience profoundly sharpened my perspective: presence is not tied to a physical place.
It emerges wherever clarity, voice, and inner connection come together — live and online alike.
Stage meets business
Stage and business have accompanied me from the very beginning.
Alongside my work as a performer, I spent many years in the corporate world. I studied International Business Administration and worked for nearly two decades in sales for an investment magazine.
This parallel experience continues to shape my work today. I understand the dynamics of the stage just as deeply as the realities of companies, decision-makers, and markets.
For me, voice, stage presence, and composition merge naturally with business acumen, clarity, and a strong focus on results.

My German teacher once said, "Ms. Bauer—better to speak than to write."
Today, I'm a bestselling author!
In 2024, the book, "Corporate Strength," was published in collaboration with 14 other female authors and immediately achieved several bestseller status.
My contribution is titled "The Sound of Leadership." In it, I demonstrate how voice becomes an effective leadership tool—in presentations, meetings, and conversations with employees.
